Many things influence young people's ideas today: school, friends, family and the media are all examples of influences that can directly influence a kids growing perspective about things like drugs and drinking. Within the media, there is endless outlets to influence the youth. Magazines, movies, music and TV are a few examples of media techniques that influence our young people every single day. Coverage of celeb party habits and the production of action pack movies with star performers using drugs and alcohol has proven to paint a very different picture then what has been taught throughout their K-12 schooling careers. It's interesting to consider what experiences truly influence the youths decision.
The video is an example of a movie pitch that is based on a spy in the Middle East posing as a "Hookah Queen" when her true mission is to assassinate terrorist. This script spoofs Movie production in society today, it is meant to emphasize that even the smallest inclusion of tobacco in the limelight can influence the opinions of our youth whether conscious or not.
